Diamante Beghetto

Spring Summer 2019

After graduating in design advertising and photography at the Istituto Fanoli in Padua, IT (2005) and after taking illustration classes at the Central Saint Martins - University of the Arts in London, UK (2005), she graduated in Graphic Design and Visual Communication at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica of Venice, IT (2008). From 2011 to 2017 she has worked as a freelancer at the JoeVelluto (JVLT) studio in Vicenza, IT, creating collaborations as illustrator and graphic designer for Pitti Bimbo of Pitti Immagine, Corraini Edizioni, Coin.. Among the brands she has worked with figures Diesel, 55 dsl, MYAR a modern view of the past, Diesel Farm, Black Tie, Julipet, not only as illustrator and graphic designer but also as Creative Director. From 2014 to 2018 she taught Visual Communication at the Scuola Italiana Design (SID) in Padua, IT. Her achievements were published in several magazines and blogs.

Modeling the earth to give shape to figures is the most presumptuous gesture that a man can accomplish. I believe it is precisely in this gesture that we really get to understand why the word creation is so important in the vocabulary of art. The work of Nando Crippa is the process of sedimentation of a collective imagination that has passed through the virgins of Willendorf or Brassempouy, but which also has an iconography of modernity that we find in the advertisements of old magazines. His figures are almost always also archetypes: women are a bit Eve and a little Penelope, but cannot find among the male figures their Adam or their Ulysses. There is not, in the characters of this artist, the madness of Don Quixote to support the action; they are stationary passengers at the station, who do not get on any train because they have forgotten their destination (their fate). In them there is always a kind of enigma to penetrate, which is not the intellectual or hermetic (perhaps alchemical?) exercise of Dürer's Melancholia, but rather the metaphysical or existential one, as in the De Chirico of Enigma of the arrival and the evening. They stand at the edge of an empty board (abandoned?) And have forgotten the rules of the game. Or maybe they still have to invent them.

Chiara Del Maso

Fall Winter 2018-19

Chiara Dal Maso was born in Thiene (VI) in 1989. She has always loved creating images and experimenting. She attended the Art Institute in Nove and later the Italian Design School in Padua. After completing her studies, she undertook various work experiences in Canada, Denmark and Sweden, before moving to Milan where she has been living and working as an illustrator and graphic designer for 4 years. In 2016 she founded SuperUltraBlu to try her hand with video art and motion design. In 2017 she creates together with her fellow designers the group Drinchendrò, with whom she organizes workshops and themed events, mainly in Milan. She also began the annual project "Everyday Distraction" (a drawing a day for a year) with which she made her first personal exhibition in Bologna, on the occasion of the Bilbolbul Festival. She has collaborated with MiAmi Festival and AMA Music Festival. Her works have been published by many sites and magazines including It's Nice That, So Young Magazine, PELO Magazine, Volve.

Elena Xausa lives and works abroad and in Italy (Milan, Berlin) doing illustration. She collaborates with important national and international agencies and clients and her works have been published in many magazines. Her style is graphic, therefore essential, ironic and fresh. Exclusively for Julipet she designed the colorful Jungle pattern and the amusing Types pattern.

Sonia Beriotto

Spring Summer 2017

Tattoo artist specialized in traditional tattoos. She works at the "Ladies & Gentlemen Tattoo Shop" in Vicenza. For Valentine, Julipet offers a capsule inspired by the world of "traditional" tattoos: a unique and recognizable style in collaboration with her. The proposal is based around homewear garments that combine style and comfort. A crew neck suit with blue contrasting trousers, a hooded sweatshirt and a jogging trousers choose a highly characterized personalization and high fashion content. To complete the offer, a boxer shorts in white poplin enriched by a flaming heart for a romantic gift idea designed specifically for lovers. The iconic tattoos have been designed by the skilled hand of Sonia Beriotto, the renowned tattoo artist from Vicenza.
